Role Overview
California Landmark is on the lookout for a proficient Web App Developer to spearhead the development of an AI-driven application. This innovative project is focused on automating the completion of government housing forms through applicant document analysis, with the goal of simplifying a complex, regulation-heavy process and enhancing accessibility for affordable housing applicants.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a responsive web application suitable for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Implement features that allow applicants to upload necessary documents, such as income statements.
- Integrate an AI agent capable of extracting data and auto-filling standardized government forms.
- Ensure the application adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains high data security standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope and deliver core functionalities within the initial phase.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in both front-end and back-end web application development.
- Strong expertise in integrating AI/ML technologies for document parsing and data extraction.
- Familiarity with form automation and understanding of regulatory workflows.
- Proficiency in creating mobile-responsive designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively during Pacific Time hours.
